• Additional visits or services outside scheduled plan visits may incur additional charges

Premier Harbor Plan

Starting at $199 per month

• Two scheduled property checks per month

• Everything included in the Standard Care Plan

• Vehicle operation and checks

• Priority scheduling

• Vendor coordination

• Cleaning oversight

• Detailed visit reports with photos

Starting at $25

• Mail or package pickup — $25

• Additional property visit — $50

• Pre-arrival or post-departure check — $50

• Vacation rental departure inspection — $50
